Set on the 1st or 2nd floor of the villa, this room has full views of the countryside. It offers a flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with 2 washbasins and a large shower. Slippers and bathrobes are also provided. It comes with frescoed ceilings, or a four-poster bed and exposed wooden beam ceilings. Cannot fit any extra beds or cots. Rate includes a late check-out until 12:00, a welcome drink and free Wi-Fi, 1 bottle of water, pool towels. A packed breakfast of croissants and hot drinks is available for early departures, and a porter service for luggage is also included.

+ Staff was just great, lovely and gave us the feeling of 'home' + Great room, very clean, old tuscany touch but in a good way + not many people can sleep here so it's quite and everyone respects that + Location was great because it was way on the countryside and no disturbances here + pool was great, garden was cut perfectly and was beautiful + you can rent a vespa for 80€ whole day and just 40€ if you take it just for the evening - we drove into pisa and the way there was magical - we absolutely loved it

This is simply a splendid villa! The grounds are immerced into the hills, very large, very quiet, while easely reachable. The villa itself is very well kept, all details are though over! The pool is nice. The restaurant is a must! Great food and excellent selextion of wines. The staff is helpful. The villa is very close to Lucca and close to Pisa which makes it a perfect place to schedule a visit in the region. Would definitely return when in the area! Thank you to all the staff for a perfect stay!

This place is amazing! We had booked this our final night to enjoy a pool day after all the walking on our trip to Tuscany. Everything from start to finish was so tranquil and relaxing. The staff are amazing, some of the most friendly people. Rooms were beautiful and bed amazingly comfortable. We’ve already talked about coming back! I also have to mention the restaurant is spectacular, we both agreed it might have been the best meal we’ve ever had. 10/10, must visit if you’re in the Lucca area.

The breakfast was excellent and we found all of the staff wonderfully accommodating - particularly Francisco, Sara, Roberto & Gianluca. Would highly recommend renting bikes to cycle into Lucca and a vespa to explore nearby places (Montecarlo, the aqueduct, etc).

Very nice hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is nicely decorated, very comfortable and spacious rooms! Good airconditioning (a little bit noisy though), and a beautiful view. A nice and quiet pool where you can have the best homemade cocktails, and dinner in the restaurant is also highly recommended!
